Nike Back to the Future Shoes

Those wicked Nike shoes Marty wore in BTTFII are finally here & four years early. Exactly like they were in the movie sans automatic shoe laces (hey maybe they'll get that in for 2015 to tie in with the movie timeline). 1500 of these awsome hoof coverings are being auctioned on ebay with proceeds going to the Michael J Fox foundation.
Check out out here
Pretty hefty price tags though, they're going for $3.5K & higher.. still if you want to have the coolest shoes ever made open up your wallet..

T-Shirt Bottle Opener.. make your spouse more useful!

Hey this caught my attention.. maybe it's the big closeup of a bikini clad young girls buttox on their homepage but the idea is still endeering.. you can now buy a t-shirt with an integrated bottle opener.. how sweet.. when I whip the lid off a beer I usually do it with my 'standard' t-shirt, which of course damages those little fibres and I end up getting scolded by my better half for being so thoughtless.. you could go some old-school approaches to opening a bottle (like using your eye socket, which looks very tough but can cause serious scarring to your peepers) .. Now you can buy a mens t-shirt from http://www.tanked.com.au/ or even a cap with integrated bottle opener.. but the idea of passing your wife (who would be wearing a t-shirt, bikini bottom and a lustful look) your brewski and saying "sweetie.. do you mind?" is much more appealing.. here's a product with dual functionality.. it'll cover up those lovely lady lumps and perform as an attractive way to pop the lid on a coldie.. what more could you ask for?.. the German judges give it a 10 out of 10.. step up to the podium you good gadget you..
Wonders never cease, we're living in good times my friends.. good times.. check it out and turn your other half into something a little more useful [OPEN MY BEER] - t-shirts from about $43, there's also shorts and caps (but the womens top is the only one I really care about here hehe).

Rocket Alarm Clock.. just what YOU NEED !

I've seen some good alarm clock gadgets, like the one with wheels that jumps off your bedside table and races around until you catch it.. I mean who doesn't need some excitement to get the up in the morning? Nothing spells excitement to me like a missile (well there are a few things but lets keep this blog somewhat PGR) ..
So the basic idea is you set the alarm, and when its due to go off you get a 10 second countdown to abort the launch .. failure to abort means the missile goes flying possibly exploding something precious (ok it doesnt explode, it's got a soft nose not a thermo nucular device.. DOH!)..

Makes a great present for only $29.95 from the folks at latestbuy.com.au .. start the whold cold war thing all over again! Check it out -> [IBBM]
(that's Inter Bedroom Balistic Missile)

Virgin Galactic..

Virgin Galactic is moving forward, recently White Knight II was unveiled. This is truly a turning point in history, hats off to RB for pushing the privatisation of space.. (does anyone wear hats anymore? ok .. drop dacks for RB he is a f*cking legend .. you ROCK dude!!).

I love this little promo video.. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=09C795Rn3zk Check it out and wet yourself over the coolness of it all..

Now if I was to do this... I mean take a flight on RB's new spaceship and take the risk of being sucked through a pinhole into the cold blackness of space or burnt to a crisp on re-entry.. I would want it all to go MY way.. I mean doing zero G tummy tucks and giving each other the "hey Im OK" gestures in wicked next gen space suits is cool and all, while you look down at the scum who can never afford to do what you're doing situation is neat and all .. BUT.. the video of tightly clad space chicks is really just hinting at the real deal man..

Follow the youtube video.. man it all looks awesome.. but piss off the half dozen other people, my ride will be a private husband & wife trip.. and when the G's hit zero we drop dacks and do a space root while viewing the demise of planet earth from a great distance .. isn't that the ultimate? no? come on if you haven't had a zero G space root fantasy.. what the fuck are you doing on my blog? honestly.. go find some stupid blog about iphones or something..

RB You are my hero.. and if there is anything.. ANYTHING.. I can say or do that will bring me 1 step closer to my zero G heavily discounted space root fantasy let me know and I'll say it openly and shamelessly.. hey.. I'll sign the rights to the first zero G porno featuring me and my missuz and I'm sure she's up for it.. right hun ? .. hun? .. hello? ahem.. I think she said YUP before giving me the 1 finger salute *sigh*

oh well.. live long and prosper fellow space freaks.. PS the video does seem to indicate launches from AU are on the boards.. so all I have to do now is win "POWERBALL" and wait for the dream to roll in..

BRIO Network Bernie's Flashing Diode

My 3yr old son Lucas loves his Thomas the Tank train set - the wooden one with magnetic connectors (for the fellow Star Wars fans out there, guess what, he was named after George Lucas - 10 nerd points to ME! pwha yeah).
Ok BRIO is the same sort of thing, basic train set with magnetic connectors.. now these sorts of things come in the normal train station, bridge blah blah configuration *yawn*.. THIS caught my eye.. bring your 3Yr old into nerd town with the Brio flashing diaode. So this is like a big LED that will form part of your kids basic railway.. I like it ! I like it a lot ! (I wonder if Brio is compatible with Thomas's setup) .. better yet you can get it from those bargain masters deals direct in Australia! for about $45AUD inc shipping and batteries are included.. thats a very cheap way to tar your kid with the nerd brush at an early age just follow the link and get out your plastic heheh -> [NERD-MY-KID-NOW]

This is neat-o, wowwee, makers of that stupid robosapien toy have released the next product in their 'flytech' range (the first being that flapping insect.. icky)
The Bladestar is a helecopter like indoor flyer with some neat twists - apart from its cool design, its not just a remote control mini heli, it has an autopilot mode which enables it to avoid the ceiling and fly away from obstacles - you can put the remote control down and use your hands to guide it.. neat! And you can face-off two of them for an air battle (the remote has a dogfight accessory so you can shoot down your opponent when it's in range)

Features
* Rechargeable helicopter-style flying action
* Unique hovering action
* Choose from RC or Autopilot Mode
* Using AI, guide FlyTech Bladestar with your hands!
* Face-off two FLYTECH BLADESTAR flyers in a mid-air battle
* An indoor only flyer, perfect for all seasons.
* Comes with 2 x spare blades, 2 x spare propellers, a Dogfight accessory, and a protective carrying case.
